Plumbing repairs
We assess faults in taps, mixers, cisterns, traps and pipe connections. We explain the replacement part, materials and price before starting.
Water leak detection
For ceiling drips, damp walls or unexplained water loss, we investigate the suspected line. We choose pressure testing, acoustic listening, thermal inspection or a drain camera according to the symptoms and access.
Drain unblocking
For kitchen sinks, washbasins, showers and toilets, we distinguish the apartment drain from the shared building line. We test water flow after mechanical unblocking.
Drain odor investigation
We investigate odors suspected to come from kitchen and bathroom drain connections. After visible checks, we use a mist test through a suitable access point when needed.

Prices, hours and scope
Daytime prices apply from 06:00 to 00:00. From 00:00 to 06:00, a 50% surcharge applies to the daytime price. Daytime prices also apply during daytime hours on weekends and public holidays.
Listed prices are starting prices. Large or duplex homes, workplaces, outdoor areas and unusual plumbing layouts require a separate scope discussion rather than the standard single-level apartment rate.
Investigation, repairs and surface reinstatement are separate work items. Plaster or tile reinstatement is included only if stated in the quotation. Ask about the visit window when calling; traffic prevents an exact arrival promise.
Additional work and the price: two examples
The starting price shows the scope of the agreed work. If we recommend additional work, we quote it separately and ask for your approval.
In Dikilitaş, Beşiktaş, after clearing a kitchen drain we saw heavy grease on the camera and recommended washing the drain line. The customer declined; we charged only for the unblocking we had done.
In Hamidiye, Kağıthane, we found the inspection chamber full, and İSKİ crews carried out the unblocking. We charged for the service and diagnostic work we had done.

Property layout, access and daytime starting prices
Listed daytime starting prices apply to standard single-level apartments. For duplex homes, workplaces, external lines or non-standard plumbing layouts, we discuss and confirm the work scope during your call and on site.

Common questions
Will you need access to a neighbor’s apartment?
Seeing the damage downstairs helps narrow the investigation. We cannot test an upstairs apartment’s plumbing without access. Arrange permission with the relevant residents before the visit.
Is the inspection free if no leak is found?
Finding no leak in the inspected apartment does not remove the fee. If proper conditions are available and we establish a leak but cannot locate it, there is no charge for that detection. The full fee applies if lack of access prevents completion.
