Scope and limits
Hair, soap residue and similar deposits can restrict a shower drain. If a grate or flexible hose prevents equipment passage, we assess another entry. An inaccessible connection can require opening a surface.
If water collects only in the shower, it may be a blockage in the shower drain alone. If it has slowed down together with the washbasin or kitchen drain, the shared line is assessed: a single drain starts at 3,000 TL in the daytime, and a shared line joining the kitchen, washbasin and shower starts at 4,500 TL.
If water comes up through the bathroom floor
If wastewater comes up through the floor drain while you are not using the shower or any other drain, the problem may not be in the shower drain, especially on the lowest floor of the building. This sign may be related to the shared drain line or the inspection chamber. We explain this situation, and whom to contact first, on the main line blockage page.

Name affected outlets, previous interventions and drain-opening products during your call. Clear the work area and arrange apartment or shared-area access in advance.
Relevant fee conditions
Kitchen sink, basin, shower: 3,000 TL · Independent drain line
A collapsed pipe, large hard object, hardened scale or obstruction in public infrastructure may resist mechanical unblocking. In such cases, the full initially agreed unblocking fee applies. We quote separately for any repair.
Tell us about two independent blocked lines during your call. If a second independent job emerges on site, we explain the additional price before starting. We may offer to credit the unblocking fee against a repair quote for that job; this is not an automatic discount.
Daytime prices apply from 06:00 to 00:00. From 00:00 to 06:00, a 50% surcharge applies to the daytime price. Daytime prices also apply during daytime hours on weekends and public holidays.
Common questions
What does the unblocking fee include?
Camera use required for the job and necessary toilet removal and refitting are included in the agreed price for that unblocking job. Repairs and separately recommended drain washing have their own prices.
Is a repeat blockage visit chargeable?
If the crew is still at the property and the original obstruction has not been fully cleared, we continue without an extra unblocking fee. A new call for a blockage after the completed work has been tested is chargeable. We do not guarantee that a line will never block again.
