Scope and limits
For faults in a tap, mixer, concealed or standard cistern mechanism, or under-sink trap, tell us the type of fitting and the clearance around the work area. Ask during your call which channel you can use if you want to send a photo.
After checking on site, our Beşiktaş crew explains whether only an internal faulty part needs replacing or the whole unit should be renewed. Before starting, we confirm whether we supply the material or fit a product you provide.
One tap or the whole flat?
If water runs slowly from one tap only, the problem may be in that mixer or in the connection at that point. If hot and cold water have dropped together at every tap, the supply section where water enters the flat needs to be checked. Replacing a mixer or going straight to the booster pump without making this distinction can be an unnecessary intervention.
That is why we ask on the call whether the building is high-rise, whether it has a booster pump, and whether a similar problem has happened before.
A job in Ayazağa
Water was running much more slowly than before, and there was not enough hot water in the shower. Seeing that both hot and cold water were weak at every tap, we turned to the water meter section. While removing and cleaning the meter, we found the filter passages clogged with sediment. After cleaning and reconnecting, the flow increased clearly; no breaking or mixer replacement was needed.
Closing up surfaces and work outside our scope
Opening surfaces, plastering and tiling are done only when stated in the quote, and removing debris after work is the customer’s responsibility. Suitable drain washing and radiator cleaning are separate services; we do not work on gas lines or boilers.
Relevant fee conditions
Listed prices are starting prices. Large or duplex homes, workplaces, outdoor areas and unusual plumbing layouts require a separate scope discussion rather than the standard single-level apartment rate.
We discuss investigation, parts, labor and any surface reinstatement in the quote. Plaster and tile work are included only if quoted. Same-day repair depends on materials, time, access and your acceptance.
Daytime prices apply from 06:00 to 00:00. From 00:00 to 06:00, a 50% surcharge applies to the daytime price. Daytime prices also apply during daytime hours on weekends and public holidays.
Our one-year repair guarantee
For repairs using materials we supply, our one-year business guarantee covers the section we work on or replace. Work using customer-supplied materials is outside this business guarantee commitment.
We assess untouched old plumbing, unrelated new faults, damage from use and later alterations separately. For a complaint involving a repaired section, we check its connection with the earlier work. The guarantee does not cover the entire plumbing system or promise freedom from future blockages.
