Our crew and scope of work
Our separate field crew works under common management and operates from Beşiktaş. Our own crew performs the plumbing services offered on this site. We do not carry out gas line work.
Before starting, we explain which line we will investigate and what the price covers. If we find a different fault on site, we ask for approval before additional work. We explain the findings and any separate repair option.
First we ask how the problem started
Finding out how the problem started and where it appears can prevent unnecessary work. Five examples from our own jobs:
- In an office building in Mecidiyeköy, we asked the staff whether anything had fallen into the toilet; we removed the toilet and took out the cloth that had fallen in, with no drain machine or breaking needed.
- In Piyalepaşa, by listening to how the kitchen was used, we found that the leak appeared only when a full sink was emptied at once; no tiles were broken.
- In Ayazağa, we first checked whether the problem was at one tap or across the whole flat; without replacing a mixer, we cleaned the clogged filter passages at the water meter.
- In Hamidiye, we found the inspection chamber full and referred the customer to İSKİ; İSKİ crews carried out the unblocking.
- In Dikilitaş, we showed the grease we saw on the camera and recommended washing; when the customer declined, we charged only for the unblocking we had done.
Our one-year repair guarantee
For repairs using materials we supply, our one-year business guarantee covers the section we work on or replace. Work using customer-supplied materials is outside this business guarantee commitment.
We assess untouched old plumbing, unrelated new faults, damage from use and later alterations separately. For a complaint involving a repaired section, we check its connection with the earlier work. The guarantee does not cover the entire plumbing system or promise freedom from future blockages.
