Scope and limits
Drain washing uses pressurized water to remove cleanable grease and deposits from a suitable wastewater line. It is assessed and priced separately from unblocking. It does not repair a broken or collapsed pipe or correct its slope.
Tell our Beşiktaş crew where the drain is and how it can be reached. If washing suits the line, we agree the section and separate price. Discuss radiator-cleaning scope during your call.
When we recommend washing
After clearing a kitchen drain, we look with a camera when needed to see what caused the blockage. If we see heavy grease on the inner pipe wall, we show you the images and explain the condition of the line. Heavy grease build-up can lead to another blockage later; washing can help reduce this risk.
We quote the washing separately and leave the decision to you. On a job in Dikilitaş, Beşiktaş, the customer was moving soon and did not want the washing; we charged only for the unblocking we had done.
Radiator-cleaning requests
We also accept radiator-cleaning requests. Discuss the work scope and price during your call.
Before the visit
On the call, tell us which drain you want washed and whether it has been unblocked or inspected with a camera before.
For radiator cleaning, simply describe your request; we clarify the scope and price during the call.
Relevant fee conditions
Before work, we discuss the line or section, access and the separate maintenance price. If unblocking or pipe repair is needed, its scope and price are explained separately.
Daytime prices apply from 06:00 to 00:00. From 00:00 to 06:00, a 50% surcharge applies to the daytime price. Daytime prices also apply during daytime hours on weekends and public holidays.
Common questions
Does washing repair pipe damage?
Washing removes cleanable deposits. It does not repair cracks, collapse or an incorrect slope. Suitability and a separate price are discussed before the work.
Is washing included in the unblocking price?
No. Drain-pipe washing is a separate service and is priced separately. Within the limits of access and technical suitability, the unblocking price includes any camera inspection the job requires and the necessary removal and refitting of a toilet; it does not include washing.
