If flow has dropped at one tap only, the mixer and connections at that point are inspected. If hot and cold water have dropped together at every tap, the supply section where water enters the flat also needs to be assessed. For a mixer, trap or cistern fault, state the existing part and the access area. If there is dampness on the ceiling or floor, tell us when the water appears. If a drain empties slowly, tell us at which outlets the problem is seen; let us separate low clean-water flow from wastewater not draining during the call.
